Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead the TA strategy for their market units. You will drive full lifecycle recruiting, build strong relationships with MU leaders, and partner with hiring managers to define role success factors and candidate qualifications.

You will manage client activities, develop comprehensive sourcing plans, and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) or 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and executeTalent Acquisition strategy for assigned Region with full lifecycle recruiting.
• Manage client relationships within region and partner with hiring managers.
• Define position accountabilities and candidate success factors with stakeholders.
• Develop sourcing plans and build pipelines to reduce time-to-fill.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.
• Maintain candidate data and compliance in ATS.
• Travel approximately 30% to engage with leaders across markets.
