• Solid Employment Law grounding, plus interpersonal skills you can pick up on the fly.
• Real Greenhouse chops, plus the flexibility to keep growing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years of Boolean Search reps, not just exposure.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and align operational capacity accordingly.
• Pull apart a stalled deal and rebuild the path to yes.
• Build relationships with key accounts to drive long-term value.
• Drive strategic planning and quarterly goal-setting across Advanced Medical Systems business units.
• Keep the HR Business Partner scorecard tied to outcomes, not activity.
• Mentor junior analysts and elevate the team's analytical rigor.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts on behalf of Advanced Medical Systems.
