Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Workforce Analyst to deliver workforce analytics, insights, and strategic reporting that support organizational decision making and workforce planning across HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Finance.

The role partners closely with leaders to provide actionable insights related to workforce trends, employee retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Strong BI and governance skills are essential, with healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in workforce analytics, HR reporting, business intelligence, or related analytical functions.
• Experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or patient support services preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll, and workforce management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance workforce dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting that provide visibility into headcount, hiring, turnover, retention, diversity, and organizational effectiveness.
• Perform advanced workforce analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations that support HR objectives.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Operations to understand workforce reporting needs and deliver timely insights.
• Support workforce planning through headcount forecasting, position management reporting, and organizational structure analysis.
• Build executive-level workforce reporting and presentations communicating key insights, trends, and recommendations.
