Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic, data-driven Manager, Business Analysis, Workforce Initiatives, Data & Analytics to lead workforce intelligence and analytics initiatives across enterprise planning and talent development.

You will own the Workforce Initiatives data ecosystem, ensuring data quality and reporting consistency across Workday, ATS, LearningHub, Sophia, and related systems, partnering with HR, IT, Operations and external vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, IT, or related field.
5+ years in business analytics, workforce analytics, BI, or data strategy.
Experience leading enterprise data projects and reporting transformations.
Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
Ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Defined experience translating business needs into data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead workforce analytics strategy and BI initiatives aligned with enterprise objectives.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to measure program success and impact.
Own data governance, quality, and reporting across Workday, ATS, LMS, and related systems.
Identify opportunities to improve outcomes and workforce planning through data-driven decisions.
Deliver analytics-informed recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Champion AI-enabled analytics, automation, and scalable reporting solutions.
