Delta Air Lines in Atlanta seeks a Strategic Communications Manager within the HR & Wellness Communications team to lead internal and external communications supporting the Chief People Officer. You will shape the communications strategy for leaders and employees across the enterprise.

Ideal candidate will manage executive communications, collaborate across HR, Wellness and divisions, and translate business priorities into engaging campaigns, videos, events, and measured results.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating internal and external communications across departments.
• Ability to partner with HR, Wellness and executive support teams on scheduling and prioritizing communications.
• Experience supporting strategic comms initiatives with content creation, campaigns and metrics analysis.
