Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate communications including internal communications, media relations, and PR.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling across multiple platforms.
• Strong planner and executor with strategy and execution skills.
• Experience with media relations, press relationships, and pitching stories.
• Crisis or issues communications experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communications strategy to strengthen culture and align with vision and values.
• Establish communication standards for clarity and transparency across the organization.
• Plan and maintain an internal editorial calendar for announcements and cultural initiatives across all channels.
• Create content that celebrates values, milestones, and community impact.
• Translate complex information into clear, actionable messages.
• Measure impact with surveys and engagement metrics to improve communications.
• Lead external PR strategy and storytelling to enhance brand and visibility.
• Build relationships with media and manage press inquiries, pitches.
