Qualifications

• Must have broad HR competencies across multiple disciplines (compensation, benefits, employment, employee relations, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 40% and work across a national client base.
• Strong communication, analytical, and strategic influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients as an HR strategic business partner across the United States.
• Coach and counsel employees and management to ensure policy compliance and development.
• Lead or participate in cross-divisional projects and organizational change initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR programs including performance management and safety initiatives.
• Balance multiple priorities in a 24/7 operation with travel requirements.
