Job summary

The role involves managing the Training Management System, coordinating external instructors, and generating reports to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required with three years of experience in employee training, instructional design, teaching, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Research, develops, and facilitates mandatory and specialized management training programs.
• Coordinate, develop and deliver diverse employee training programs to improve skills.
• Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive training strategy for the County; assess needs through surveys and interviews.
• Maintain Training Management System (TMS), prepare monthly reports, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Collaborate with departments to implement TMS-based solutions and provide training support.
