Job summary

CooperVision Limited, part of CooperCompanies, seeks a Global HR Systems Engagement Manager to define and execute governance for Oracle HCM and related HR technologies globally. You will work with IT and HR leadership to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and oversee enhancements, governance, and compliance.

Lead a team, drive delivery excellence, and partner with HR leaders on transformation and process improvement while aligning with security and control requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IS/Business/HR.
• HR and/or Project Management certifications are preferred.
• Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, security, reporting, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Oracle HCM evolution strategy aligning with HR and enterprise objectives.
• Partner with HR leaders to improve business processes, automation, and employee experience.
• Evaluate Oracle releases and emerging technologies to maximize platform value and ROI.
• Serve as primary advisor to HR leadership on HCM capabilities and roadmap.
• Lead governance forums prioritizing enhancements and investments.
• Establish and manage enhancement intake, assessment, prioritization, and approval processes.
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and operational requirements.
• Participate in SOX, ITGC, and audit readiness activities.
• Lead and develop HR Systems Engagement Leads and drive delivery quality.
