Job summary

United Grain Corporation, headquartered in Vancouver, WA, seeks an HR Manager to lead talent acquisition, compensation administration, leave management, onboarding, and compliance. This role partners with leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent while upholding company policies and employment laws.

The HR Manager will promote a positive employee experience, drive HR programs, and oversee HRIS reporting to support business decisions. Travel for recruiting events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or HR preferred but equivalent experience considered.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years HR experience.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage compensation programs and annual reviews.
• Administer leave programs and compliance reporting.
• Support employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain HR policies and HRIS data integrity.
