Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide employee relations support including coaching managers.
  • Support investigations and resolution of employee issues.
  • Conduct compensation analysis including market benchmarking.
  • Coordinate program implementation and evaluate effectiveness.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
