Mulberry Talent Partners is proud to partner with a family-owned and operated wholesale beverage distribution company to identify an experienced Sr. Human Resources Business Partner. The company operates across six states and employs nearly 2,500 team members. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, dynamic, and well-established company. They are open to the selected candidate working a hybrid schedule from either Vancouver, Spokane, Tacoma, WA, or Boise, ID.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to regional and operational leaders
- Coach leaders on performance, accountability, communication, and team effectiveness
- Identify trends affecting morale, retention, and workforce performance
- Promote leadership practices that strengthen engagement and organizational effectiveness
- Identify workforce risks and develop plans to improve capability, retention, and succession readiness
- Lead investigations and resolution of employee relations concerns
- Identify employee relations, workplace conduct, management, and organizational risks and partner with leaders to implement appropriate corrective actions
- Monitor trends in investigations, discipline, turnover, leave administration, and employee complaints to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements
- Partner with HR Operations on employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and workforce data
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits on pay decisions, job architecture, and workforce planning
- Lead, coach, and develop assigned HR Generalists or regional HR support staff through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and professional development.
Your qualifications, knowledge, and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
- Seven (7)+ years or more of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
- Experience supporting operational leaders in a multi-site environment
- Working knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
- Strong conflict resolution, communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across functions and locations
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $ 95,000- $ 135,000 depending on experience and location. Benefits include health, 401K, holidays, and PTO. Bonus incentive eligible.
