Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an HR Manager to lead talent initiatives at US sites, partnering with business leaders to drive strategy in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Compensation and Benefits. The role includes recruiting mid to lower level positions and handling employee relations, payroll, orientation, and training.

Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development
• Experience in Employee Engagement and Change Management
• Familiarity with payroll, benefits, training and development processes

Responsibilities

• Partners with business leaders to guide HR initiatives aligned with strategy
• Act as a change agent to drive the transformation agenda and engagement activities
• Establish robust recruitment processes for various roles and ensure retention
• Administers employee relations, compensation administration, performance management, benefits, and workforce planning
• Provides coaching and guidance to managers and employees to resolve issues
• Maintains recognition programs and analyzes exit data for improvements
