Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences and 5+ years HR leadership experience.
• Experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits.
• Ability to work at multiple sites and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Partners with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Drives recruitment strategies for professional, managerial, and administrative roles.
• Administers employee relations programs and ensures policy compliance.
• Provides training and coaching to managers and employees to resolve issues.
• Leads and supports local ER initiatives and workforce communications.
