Job summary

The role includes handling inquiries, assisting with HR projects, and supporting recruitment activities, including events. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience within the last three years.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion.
• Ability to review documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Proficient with general office practices and procedures.
• Proficient in the use of computers and office equipment.
• Ability to maintain multiple calendars and schedule appointments.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication, with diversity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate employment applications; administer exams and score results.
• Schedule applicant appointments for fitness, psychological, medical evaluations, etc.
• Maintain confidential electronic personnel files and records.
• Respond to inquiries about job duties, benefits, schedules, and working conditions.
• Assist with background investigations, HR projects, and recruitment events.
• Enter data into personnel databases and assist with HR documentation.
