Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist to support onboarding, recruitment, data-entry, learning and development, and team member relations. This role provides policy interpretation to management, serves as a technology help point for staff, and upholds strict confidentiality in all processes.

The position requires strong HR knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR concepts, policies, procedures, with clear understanding of legal compliance requirements and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must obtain/maintain necessary licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and interpretation of policies and procedures to management and team members.
• Assist in day-to-day operations including onboarding, recruitment, data-entry, learning and development, and team member relations issues.
• Act as a contact point for team member technology assistance.
• Provide assistance to department staff and maintain confidentiality.
