Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Northwood, IA is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to guide employee relations, recruitment, training, and benefits activities across the property. You will ensure all departments are supported through development and implementation of new HR procedures, administer company policies, and advise management on performance and labor matters.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, high organization, and the ability to pass

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Three (3) years of Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of HR concepts, policies and procedures, with clear understanding of legal compliance requirements, and employment laws.
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications and computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

  • All other duties as assigned by management.
