Job summary

Aon PLC in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior Strategic Client Leader to serve as the primary liaison for HR Solutions between Aon and its clients, driving strategic outcomes and guiding executive discussions.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, lead 15–20 strategic accounts, and position innovative HR solutions to meet client needs while advancing revenue growth. This role requires C‑suite engagement and a strong track record in enterprise services.

Qualifications

• Requires proven experience selling HR Solutions to enterprise clients.
• Deep knowledge of HR solutions offerings such as Talent and Rewards, Health Care, Retirement and Investment, M&A, and Communications.
• Strong negotiation, account management, and sales process abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of 15-20 strategic accounts representing HR Solutions
• Interact with C-suite and senior leaders at client organizations
• Drive strategic client planning to deliver service excellence and revenue growth
• Articulate value of Aon solutions and coordinate resources for opportunities
• Provide market and client insights and ensure cross-service integration
