Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience leading HR teams and handling complex employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, hires, trains, mentors, develops, and evaluates HR staff.
• Oversees recruitment, payroll, and visa/foreign national processes.
• Manages compensation, classification, and salary structures.
