Job summary

ASU Preparatory Academy in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an HR Partner to deliver strategic day-to-day HR support across site teams. You will collaborate with site managers to ensure staffing, employee relations, and policy application in line with ASU Prep values.

The role covers workforce planning, position control, full-cycle recruitment, and HR operations compliance while leveraging HRIS tools (Workday) and federal/state HR knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is required.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources is required.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is highly preferred.
• Experience working with HRIS systems, with Workday preferred.
• Active AZ DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• An equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Site Partnership & Support: Serve as the dedicated HR partner to assigned school sites and build strong relationships with site leaders and managers.
• Workforce Planning & Position Control: Maintain HRIS data and manage position control for sites, forecasting vacancies and staffing needs.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment Lead: Manage end-to-end recruitment including postings, sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Provide coaching to managers, address performance issues, conduct investigations as needed.
• Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure compliance with laws and policies and maintain accurate employee records.
