Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in HR or related field, including two years of managerial experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, hires, trains, mentors, develops, and evaluates HR staff.
• Oversees recruitment, compensation, classification, payroll, and compliance processes.
• Provides guidance on employee relations, leave programs, and HR best practices.
• Coordinates staff recruitment, visas, and foreign national employment processes.
• Manages payroll actions, faculty summer salary processes, and payroll reconciliations.
• Maintains personnel records and responds to internal/external audits.
