Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 6+ years HR operations experience.
• Detail oriented with strong customer service abilities.
• Experience identifying, quantifying and summarizing issues.
• Project management experience with cross-functional delivery.
• Proficient with Excel, Power BI, or BI tools.
