Constellation is seeking a Sr Analyst, HR Services to provide multi-step operational support to the HR community, handling day-to-day transactions and policies. You will interface with stakeholders across the organization and help optimize service delivery in a matrix environment.

Required is a 4-year degree in HR or related field with 6+ years of HR operations experience; knowledge of Excel/Power BI and strong customer service skills are essential. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
