Qualifications

• 4-year degree in HR or related field is required.
• 6+ years of strong HR operations experience.

• Project management experience with cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent customer service skills and issue resolution.
• Knowledgeable in Excel, Power BI, or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional support and ownership of employee and organizational changes.
• Coach and mentor peers, business leaders, and HRBPs to resolve issues.
• Identify areas for improvement of service delivery and efficiency.
• Conduct routine data and system audits.
