Job summary

Professional Packaging Systems is seeking an HR Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across human resources and safety for approximately 300 employees and 1,000 temporary workers across multiple sites, including Grand Prairie, TX.

The role partners with senior leadership to align workforce strategy with growth, drives talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, performance, benefits, and HR systems (ADP), while ensuring compliance and a high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with executive leadership to align workforce strategy with business growth, operational demands, and customer requirements
• Lead workforce planning for professional, technical, hourly, and temporary populations
• Develop compensation and retention strategies aligned with market conditions and site-level dynamics
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives across multiple sites
• Oversee benefits administration, compliance, safety programs, and HR systems (ADP)
• Drive performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives across locations
• Lead HR team development and succession planning across seven U.S. locations
