The Inland Group of Companies is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support our talent acquisition across multiple locations, including Portland, OR. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment for salaried, professional, and leadership roles and serve as a subject matter expert partnering with hiring managers and HR.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive recruiting experience with full-cycle hiring.
• Experience recruiting for professional, leadership, and frontline operational roles across multiple locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with Workday in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for salaried, professional and leadership roles.
• Partner with managers to develop recruitment strategies and hiring timelines.
• Serve as COE resource for sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
• Support high-volume frontline hiring and seasonal campaigns across locations.
• Build talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals and partnerships.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to drive improvements.
• Develop recruiting tools and training to improve effectiveness.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
