Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in community work or related duties.
• High school graduation plus six years of relevant experience.
• Education/experience equivalent to the above with at least one year of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation, editing, and processing of job postings and manage interview workflows.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with city, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare application materials and support DEIB Office reviews.
