Job summary

A national technology solutions provider is looking for a Program Manager - HR in Pensacola, FL (HYBRID). Qualifications

• Experience in leadership development or L&D project management.
• Strong writing, organization, and synthesis skills required.
• Familiarity with executive education or leadership frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, programmatic, and strategic planning support.
• Develop and refine program documentation for each EI program.
• Coordinate logistics for upcoming sessions.
