Job summary

Paychex in Orlando is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive growth for our PEO services. You will leverage the go-to-market strategy, engage brokers, and build relationships with end users, scheduling appointments in person or virtually.

The role emphasizes qualifying prospects, onboarding PEO clients, and continually sharpening sales skills. Travel may be required for conferences and training; a high school diploma and multiple years in sales are required.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 5 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients using calls, direct mail, seminars, and client visits.
• Onboard PEO clients following procedures for a smooth transition.
• Travel may be required for conferences and training.
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.
