Challenge Manufacturing seeks a Corporate HR Manager to act as the HR business partner for our salaried workforce. You will guide performance management, workforce planning, and talent development while ensuring policy compliance and employee relations excellence.

You will partner with leaders across functions, drive data-driven decisions using Workday HRIS, and support organizational change initiatives. This role operates from our Walker, MI office with standard M-F hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting salaried populations.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Workday HRIS/HCM experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business partner for assigned corporate salaried groups.
• Guide leaders on performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Lead employee relations investigations and coaching for managers.
• Support full-cycle salaried recruitment with Talent Acquisition.
• Leverage Workday reporting to identify workforce trends and metrics.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning teams.
