RZR Global Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner in Las Vegas to partner with the Senior US HRBP and drive people initiatives across US teams.

You will shape programs to improve retention, performance, manager capability, and engagement, owning workstreams from design through execution and measurement. You will serve as the day-to-day people partner for assigned US client groups, handling performance management, employee relations, lifecycle events, and multi-state compliance, including Nevada

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HRBP, People Partner, or senior HR Generalist roles with 2+ years as primary partner
• Experience delivering measurable people initiatives
• Hands-on US employee relations cases including investigations
• Knowledge of US federal and multi-state employment law; Nevada experience preferred
• Experience coaching managers through performance issues to timely decisions
• Comfort using HR data to build a case and report in BambooHR

Responsabilités

• Partner with Senior US HRBP to plan and deliver US people initiatives (retention, engagement, talent planning)
• Own defined initiative workstreams from planning to rollout and measurement
• Use people data to identify needs and assess effectiveness of initiatives
• Lead US performance, compensation, and goal-setting cycles with timely delivery
• Own onboarding/offboarding for US population and ensure multi-state compliance
• Support offer construction, comp inputs, and pay equity checks for US roles
• Ensure accurate BambooHR data and HR reporting
