RZR in Las Vegas seeks an HR Business Partner to partner with our Senior US HRBP and drive people initiatives across US teams. You will shape programs that move retention, performance, manager capability, and engagement—owning workstreams from design through execution and measurement.

You will serve as the day-to-day people partner for assigned US client groups, handling performance management, employee relations, lifecycle events, and multi-state compliance, including Nevada requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HRBP, People Partner, or senior HR Generalist roles.
• 2+ years as primary partner to a business unit or leaders.
• Working knowledge of US federal and multi-state employment law; Nevada experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Senior US HRBP to plan and deliver US people initiatives including retention, manager capability, engagement, and talent planning.
• Own HR partnership for assigned US client groups; coach managers through performance conversations and documentation.
• Own US onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle events; manage multi-state compliance including Nevada requirements.
