Pratt & Whitney in Middletown, CT is seeking an HR Employee Partner to support over 1,900 employees, including union and nonunion staff. This role will drive HR initiatives, promote a strong culture, and partner with leadership on talent, performance, and relations.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field with extensive HR experience, or an advanced degree with significant HR background. Hybrid work and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field with 8+ years HR experience; OR an Advanced degree with 5+ years HR experience.
• MBA or Master’s degree in HR or related field is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Partner with leadership to communicate and implement HR programs that support business goals and drive results.
• Execute HR processes including performance management, salary planning, staffing & retention, employee relations, and development.
• Administer collective bargaining agreement for the assigned employee population.
• Establish and maintain relations with union representatives.
• Conduct investigations and process grievances; support the collective bargaining process.
• Address HR inquiries from all levels of employees; coach managers and staff.
• Participate in succession planning and programs for current and future needs.
• Support recruiting and retention strategy and lean improvements.
• Lead special projects as assigned.
