Pratt & Whitney, a recognized leading producer of the world’s most powerful jet engines, is looking for dedicated individuals to support our organization.

We are seeking a Global Recruiting Partner to manage the recruitment process for the RPO vendor supporting hiring for individual lines of business. The role will serve as a subject matter expert, interact with HR Partners, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout UTC entities worldwide, and ensure compliance with global hiring standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with allied HR Partners, Legal, Compensation and Finance team members to provide a holistic ecosystem of client support
• Serve as subject matter expert and provide guidance to recruiters, hiring managers and HR partners
• Manage the entire hiring process for Global Support Representatives within the assigned line of business
• Help design, develop and deliver hiring manager training programs and tools to bring objectivity and efficiency to the hiring process
• Improve and maintain the international hiring process and standard work for P&W
• Work closely with legal throughout the hiring process to ensure in‑country regulations are followed
• Act as the primary point of contact for any third‑party recruiting vendor management services
• Create an environment that fosters team effectiveness, cooperation, motivation and professional growth

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources related field or related years of experience
• 5+ years of Human Resources/recruiting experience
• 3+ years of international recruiting experience
• 5+ years of experience managing a full‑cycle recruiting desk
• US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Green Card Holder) due to program requirements
