The HRBP will guide performance management, policy interpretation, investigations, and workforce planning, while supporting talent acquisition and organizational design. The position emphasizes collaboration, coaching, and driving a culture of service across the organization.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of increasing responsible HR experience, including multiple HR functions.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field; or equivalent related experience.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or related professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner between HR and bank leadership.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership and staff.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Assist with annual evaluation process and terminations, when needed.
• Coach managers on issue handling and employee development.
• Support change management and workforce planning initiatives.
• Update organizational charts and contribute to organizational design strategies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure staffing policy compliance.
• Review 90-day evaluations and document outcomes.
