Job summary

HD Supply in Colorado is seeking an HR leader to implement staffing, compensation, benefits, associate relations, and learning programs across the distribution and logistics functions. You will collect and analyze HR data and present recommendations to management, communicating programs to the responsible area.

The role partners with business leaders to drive performance improvements, manage acquisitions, and build internal partnerships to resolve associate relations issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR leadership experience in distribution/logistics environments.
• Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Experience coaching leaders and driving accountability via performance management.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday, Kronos).
• BS/BA in related discipline; 7+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Staffing Department on business employment needs, including recruiting.
• Collaborate with leadership on development and facilitation of performance improvement.
• Integrate HR policies during acquisitions.
• Build internal partnerships to resolve associate relations issues.
• Communicate the organization's vision to align workforce.
• Develop and implement performance management plans with business leaders.
• Assess and deliver training to limit legal exposure.
• Support HR policies as the primary contact between associates and management.
