Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Credit Collections and Customer Care teams in New Braunfels, TX.

This role provides front-line HR support across staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, associate relations, and performance management. You will ensure consistent application of HR policies, partner with managers, and handle staffing, investigations, and data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HR support across multiple functions.
• Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee engagement.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and experience leveraging HR data, including pulling and interpreting reports, to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, associate relations, and performance management.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison to other departments and functional experts.
• Conduct staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.
