Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR management role over multiple location operations.
• Knowledge of state employment and workers' compensation laws in regions responsible for.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting processes through management of individual positions and assist in interviewing, testing, and selection.
• Supervise 1–3 HR staff; travel 30% to regional branches for recruiting, training, and management.
• Administer policies, ensure compliance with government reporting and laws.
• Maintain personnel records, benefits participation, and HRIS data for reporting.
• Coordinate training in interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and safety.
