Job summary

State of Oklahoma is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support HR strategy and operations in the DOT environment. You will partner with leadership to implement HR programs, manage personnel actions and ensure compliance with policies and laws.

The role offers a comprehensive benefits package including retirement, PTO, and health plans. Location is Oklahoma City with standard federal/state holidays and PTO accruals.

Qualifications

• Level II: bachelor’s +1 year HR exp; or master’s in HR; or 4 years tech HR +1 year.
• Level III: bachelor’s +2 years HR exp; or master’s in HR +1 year; or equivalent.
• Level IV: bachelor’s +3 years HR exp; or master’s +2 years; or doctorate; or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs human resources management, payroll and benefits administration.
• Conducts wage/salary surveys and approves salary changes.
• Administers recruitment, interviews and job counseling.
• Maintains employee records and interprets HR rules and policies.
