Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field OR significant experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of HR experience with degree or 5+ years without degree.
• Microsoft Office Suite and HCM experience required; ASP/PeopleSoft/SuccessFactors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to support strategic HR initiatives and annual milestones.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning within assigned groups.

Education
