Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Microsoft Suite proficiency; familiarity with Taleo or similar ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities for entry-level and moderately complex requisitions.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand position requirements and talent needs.
• Review candidate applications and evaluate qualifications against job requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess skills, experience, and overall alignment with position requirements.
• Exercise judgment in recommending candidates for advancement through the selection process.
• Execute sourcing strategies to develop candidate pipelines.
• Present candidate recommendations and recruiting updates to hiring leaders and TA team members.
• Support offer development and hiring decisions by providing candidate insights, recruiting recommendations, and market information.
• Monitor recruiting progress, identify hiring challenges, and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, hiring leaders, and TA team to support workforce planning and continuous improvement efforts.
