This role partners across design, operations, and finance to align people strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in HR or related field or equivalent experience, 2+ years with degree, or 5+ without, with proficiency in MS Office and HCM systems such as PeopleSoft or SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience with degree or 5+ years without degree.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to support strategic HR initiatives and milestones.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead training, talent development, succession planning, and performance cycles.
• Drive employee engagement and diversity initiatives and analyze exit data.
• Collaborate with finance on workforce planning.
