Brown University Health seeks an HR Business Partner to advise on HR services across the hospital system. You will partner with client groups, provide guidance on employment laws, labor relations, and talent management, and help drive HR strategy with data-driven insights.

The role requires strong relationship building, credibility, and business understanding to deliver effective partnerships across Brown University Health's operations and affiliates. This position is based in Providence, RI.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years handling complex employee relations issues.
• Experience across multiple HR disciplines and labor relations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with management on strategy and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively assesses HR needs and develops integrated solutions.
• Advise on employment laws, EEO/AA, and labor relations.
• Interpret and guide union agreements and HR policies.
• Analyze trends with management to develop programs and policies.
• Partner with client groups to improve morale, productivity and retention.
• Coach managers and teams to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with Centers of Excellence to support HR service delivery.
• Handle escalated employee relations matters and conduct investigations.
