Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required.
• Minimum seven years of progressively responsible HR generalist experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Administers employee benefit plans and coordinates Open Enrollment.
• Develops and communicates HR plans, policies and procedures.
• Conducts CORI checks and coordinates onboarding with VP Hawthorn Operations.
