Responsibilities

• Coordinate with leaders to analyze organization and implement HR strategies to meet business objectives.
• Manage talent acquisition, identify gaps, and build recruiting strategies with recruiters and managers.
• Partner with leadership to drive talent management, org design, and HR philosophies aligned to strategy, goals and values.
• Provide counsel on employee relations issues and advise on performance management actions.
• Investigate employee and labor relations issues and maintain communications with leaders to resolve disputes.
• Provide compensation planning support and guidance consistent with the compensation philosophy and advise on program improvements.
