Textron Aviation in Orlando, FL is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with Customer Support leaders and employees across Textron Aviation Service Centers to provide guidance on business strategies, processes, policies, and a broad range of human resources activities.

You will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation guidance, and talent management, aligning with the company’s values in a fast-paced environment and across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with leadership to implement HR strategies and support business objectives.
Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment strategy with recruiters and managers.
Drive talent management, org design, and development programs aligned with strategy.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and investigations.
Support compensation planning and advise leaders on programs and changes.
