Job summary

Amazon’s PXT team seeks an HR Business Partner to support hourly employees and leaders onsite at our Suffolk facility. You will drive talent management, engagement, and operational excellence with data-driven insights and HR metrics.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff and collaborate with business leaders to deliver impactful HR initiatives and improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution).
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and leaders.
• Lead HR initiatives focused on talent management, engagement, and internal customer service.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, and employee relations matters.
