Job summary

Aramark is seeking an HR Manager to provide generalist HR support for corporate staff and Centers of Excellence. This role manages essential HR processes, policy guidance, and collaboration with leadership across the organization.

Responsibilities include engagement initiatives, talent acquisition support, HR metrics, and onboarding programs. The ideal candidate has HR certification, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent required/preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Proven ability to interact with multiple levels of management on a routine basis.
• Experience in employee relations and investigations is desirable.
• Ability to train and deliver presentations to diverse groups.
• Organized, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support for COE staff and corporate functions.
• Manage key HR processes and policy interpretations for the organization.
• Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and leadership development efforts.
• Produce HR metrics and conduct data-driven analyses.
• Assist Benefits and Payroll administration as needed.
• Support onboarding programs and new-employee orientation.
