Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent.
• HR/SPHR certification preferred; proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills with multiple levels of management.
• Experience conducting investigations and resolution development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Issue resolution, follow up and recommendations for corporate COE's, including hotline calls, investigations, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
• Employee Engagement Initiatives – development and follow-up of engagement plans and activities for corporate teams.
• Talent Acquisition – handle corporate Accelerate to Leadership and Step Up to Leadership programs.
• HR metrics reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
• Benefits and Payroll assistance as needed to support COEs.
• On-boarding programs and initiatives to streamline new hires.
