Job summary

The role partners with COEs, HRBPs, and global teams to identify, design, and implement HR initiatives that support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partners across functions to deliver value-added service to leadership and employees.
• Supports employees on HR matters and facilitates timely resolutions.
• Builds strong relationships with employees and leaders across teams.
• Coaches and mentors leaders through the employee life cycle.
• Leads HR functional projects and designs HR initiatives.
• Manages employee relations matters and conducts investigations when required.
• Assists in developing and administering HR policies ensuring compliance.
• Collaborates with HR colleagues locally and globally, analyzes data for management decisions.
